- With a small but energetic team supporting 60+ paying clients throughout the Nordic countries, we are planning to further expand during 2022 and beyond.

We believe that you
- Have a few years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or a similar client-facing, relationship-building, advisory role.
- Have experience working with a SaaS product.
- Is fluent in both Swedish and English.
- Have good communication and presentation skills and the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Enjoy working in a high-growth start-up/scale-up.
We would be positively surprised
- If you have experience in the real estate or interior design industry it is a big plus.
(After a proper cup of coffee), your day would look something like this
- Be in charge of plan, coordinate and administrate project onboardings.
- Promote value through customer experience.
- Continuously find new and better ways of working through in-team and cross-team collaboration.
